"That Look from Popeyes" needed fashion-level photography and retouching standards applied to a quick service restaurant campaign — a category that rarely gets treated with that level of craft. I provided on-site photo studio support throughout production, working alongside the agency team to make sure every frame held up to that standard.
The campaign went on to win a D&AD Graphite Pencil and earn recognition at Cannes Lions — proof that QSR work can compete with the best creative in the industry when the craft is right.

QSR food photography is high-volume and fast-moving by nature — the opposite of the slow, meticulous process fashion and lifestyle campaigns usually get. "That Look from Popeyes" asked for that higher level of craft anyway, on a QSR production timeline.
I provided on-site photo studio support through the shoot, keeping retouching standards consistent frame to frame and catching issues in real time rather than after the fact. That discipline on set is what let the campaign hold up to the scrutiny of D&AD and Cannes Lions judges.
